Dear Mr. Ladines,
if you’ve had such a horrible experience with our pipes, why for god sake didn’t you pick up the phone and say something? That’s what I would do. I would call that dude at ES composites right away and demanded answers what went wrong! If there is a problem, we’d like to know about it so we can fix it. It really doesn’t matter how much testing we do, the ultimate testing is, when non- technical people like you start using are products.
Also, our records show, you purchased four pipes in 2007, one in April, one in July and two in November. If the last two are installed in your Yak, then we’re down to two. I believe the one with crushed neck pictured in zlin226 post is one of yours (hope you don’t blame pipe for that). Now, we’re down to one only, possibly the one from your crushed plane which we’ve repaired (pipe) for you at no charge. So, where are those “3 pipes you literally have just melted away”? Are you trying intentionally inflate your problem and negatively influence world wide audience on this forum or what? I can’t recall turning on, on you or stepping on your airplane.

Please forgive me if I have offended you. If you will please re-read my original post I did not make any personal attacks on your company, customer service, or to you personally. My original intent was not to bash you or your products, but just reported my experiences with them. Like I said before, your pipes work, they are light, make more power than the KS Pipe, but the KS pipe works good and lasts longer. And to me that makes practical sense. No, I am not a technical guy, even though I am an expert in my technical field, But I have a decent set of thumbs and I think I know what works and what doesn't. I did not call you anymore because I simply choose not too use your products.
