I have had a Futaba T6EX 2.4 FASS for well over one year. I don't know if this is the same as you refer to as 6C. Mine can handle 6 models. I am able to program a name for each plane, though the number of letters is limited so abriviation is needed. Or I can use the number the computer provides. Is yours different from mine? My Futaba has worked without one single problem. I have 4 planes on it. I wish it had a timer since I take pains never to land dead stick. I hope Futaba is reading this.

Not sure if its the same radio or not....I know mines not a "T"6EX.
