here is what i have so far. black to silver fade. 3550 kv brushless, going to attempt 14.8v lipo just to see what happens.

Thats an outrunner? You dont want water cooling on an outrunner. the outside spins(duh). Take it off before you run it other wise you will have a lot of water going into your boat when the cable comes undone.
