guys did you read...i got it started fine. it was the battery powering the box.
the motorcycle battery in there took a long time to charge up on its first time.
after that it works like a champ.
no drilling
no new box
no heating anything up

you gus did offer some good advice i might need or others might need later but like i said, it was the battery not doing its job.
