Your Padawan is already following the traced path, Master... and it's growing really nice.
I used more ore less the same axle position than the original (with the biggest wheels it's not possible to move them back and upper) and had to cut and reshape the front lower hull using aluminium, but the indoor run tests were flawless (and I'm keeping the tracks loose like the real one at the moment). This little beast runs fast!
Still have to decide wether to put the airsoft (+ tracers system) or a simpler muzzle flash inside the turret.
I also plan to put small railway model smoke generators directly inside the exhausts.
The electronics where put on a damping bed to absorb shocks, since there is no working suspension.
