I agree with you. The UCD is a great plane. I am new to 3D, but I figured the UCD would be the best beginner plane to learn on. I'm hovering for 10-20 seconds, but will get better as time goes on. I am very impressed with the slow-speed characteristics and how easy it lands. Been flying it for two weekends now. I have an OS .91 Surpass in it and was having problems with it loading up at idle, but a Cline regulator solved that problem.
