RE: BME 115 fixes
Me too!
If what LLundstedt is saying is true then someone at BME (and there are only two of them) was lying to me two or three weeks ago when I spoke with them for close to 45 minutes. I was told that the reed assemblies are not yet available. Now I know that Altavillan sent them a check quite some time ago (about a month and a half) for one of the reed assemblies and he hasn't received one either. If they've had them but just aren't shipping them while accepting money that's a different thing altogether.
Sorry bud, but if they actually had it, they would flaunt it. There was a long song and dance about hang ups with machine shops, drawings, parts shortages from the company transfer, outstanding debt incurred by the original BME, and a whole barrel full of woes regarding why the reed assemblies and other components had not been produced yet. Once again, according to Tom at BME, he had only made one so if you've been flying one for a couple of months I'd like to see it and learn why I was lied to. If I had been lied to at all, which I doubt.
I've been patient for over a year and a half. I think that's more than enough so let's not talk about waiting just a little longer. If they have their act together they will put all everyone needs to know about what's available and delivery times in the various forums for all to read. And yes, now I'm beginning to get a little irritated.
So, will the real story of what's going on at BME please come to the surface. Inquiring 115 owners want to know. Better still, they deserve to know.
