For all of you folks looking for a house...........there's plenty for sale in this neck of the woods! You can buy a late victorian with five bedrooms, formal dining room, library, living room, pantry, fireplaces, et al for less than 150 grand. If you want to fix one up you can get 'em for under 80 grand. My recommendation is to buy somewhere where the sun actually shines, though. Hey, it might reach 50 degrees today! Sweet!
