I took the servo apart and found one of the gears jammed against the servo housing. Repositioned the gear and now it moves, but in my haste to fix the thing I didnt note the position of the gear that the control lines connect to before I removed it so now its gonna be a hit and miss till I find the right position to get the control pulls even.
