Default Is this a Quadra 75?

Folks.
Is this a Quadra 75?
I have the instruction booklet that came w/ it but the booklet does not show a Quadra 75 in it.
I think it was one of the first production runs of Q75's that rolled out about 8 years ago or so.
The serial # is 75109.
It says "made in Canada" scrolled on the side by the serial #.
Spark plug says Bosch R10 371.

One question is what is the black pull switch thing on the head side of the engine? I can pull that out or push it back.
I found the screws labeled H and L (high and low mixture settings?) on the side of the carb.

This is in a 95"? Carden "El Bandito" (don't think they made many of these kits) that I pulled out of mothball and will start up this week.
I have a 24x10 prop for it that I pulled to get the cowl off.
