Sorry I have not been in touch. Been involved with my job. Servo extensions depends on the make of servo and how long the leads are I used Hitec servos and 2 12" for Aileron and 2 6 " for flaps. If you pay attention to how you install the flaps servo you do not need to reverse. Set all the servos out on the bench as to how you would be installing and hook up the radio and make them work. Real simple and no radio programing involved.

If you look at the directions they have the servo leads exiting from the wings on both sides. I have hooked the Y harnesses to the RX and marked the ends as to Aileron or flaps for hook up when installing the wing.
