yes make sure you scuff it up . i use a white scuff pad does great and dont leave scratch marks . and i also use just standered paint but you could use the paint made for plastic that you can also get from a hardware store just cant remember the name of it its a comine spray can paint

oh yeah and a nothering about the scuff pads you can remove the old decals with them and not hurt the plastic
