Thanks JeffEE,

This actually does help. I had assumed that the wing would be somewhere around 1/3 the weight of the plane. Any other takers? I could really use a good mix to establish some benchmarks. I will be weighing everything with a gram scale, in attempt to make sure I keep my "enthusiasm" in check.
