Default RE: Something bigger than a fiddy

I had an evolution 58 on a Aeroworks Yak 18 pounds and It flew great. I flew it with a 24-8 prop. I would say it depends on your elevation. I live at 5300' but density altitude consistently runs 7500' so I have a 3w 70 with a 24-8 prop on my wild hare Cap 232. it is porky at 20 ponds, but flies great. The evolution is a great engine when broke in. It is reliable, smooth, fairly quiet and starts easy. Mine would swing a 24-8 NX prop at 6300 rpm.
