A 36" mono would be an E3 setup. This means 6 cell LiPo. A motor that would be used for example is a NEU 1521 or 1527

2 380 motors is not close to fast in this hull. It will be a dog! 550 motors would not do much better.

What kind of performance are you looking for? What is your goal here?
