I agree with Jake. For some reason I thought you were looking for an engine for a 18-19# plane. Most of the 50cc engines will work fine, and the Brillelli 366gt, MVVS 58, or MT-57 should be able to turn a 24" prop sufficiently.

Do you have room for a cannister or tuned pipe?
