How do you get this dusty effect?
For this Pershing an airbrush (small wide pattern) and gently sprayed Tamiya Acrylic Brown, 3/4 oz container. Thinned about 50/50.

A newer and now favorite technique that works great if you do not have an airbrush, MIG Pigments fixed in place with Testor's Dullcote.
