The monitor is taped on the side of the cowl (on foam), you can follow the wire from the left cylinder. With this type of baffling all the air has to pass through the cylinder fins from top to bottom. The upper half and bottom half are sealed from each other except for around the cylinders. Here is another picture. I opened up the lower louvers and added a low pressure lip to the bottom exit to help pull air out.
