yea, been doing some readin in here and almost everyone recommends a DA-85 for the H9 Extra330 am looking at
does twin cylinder sound better than single? sound is big importance to me.....
I've been flying the H9 33% Extra on a DA100 for a year and a half. Put over 600 flights on it, and it came in at 25 lb. 11 oz. or so. Insane power, but do yourself a favor and drop an DA85 in this bird. You'll have much better wing loading, and just as good vertical performance. I've since yanked all the gear out and put it in a 36% PAU Edge. Now there's a plane for the DA100.
26 lbs. or so, with 2125 sq. in. of wing. I still have the Extra airframe, and it gets a DA85 sometime down the road......
