The main gear will mount right in front of the leading edge of the wing. If you find a gearset that will trail rather than go straight out to the sides, make it trail to the rear. It is very stable that way. Ohio Products makes a good tailwheel assy. that uses the bottom of fuse to mount the tailwheel, and a pair of springs that attach to the bottom of the rudder to provide steering that is "shock absorbed". It works well. I finished my Tiger 60 off with a set of U-Can-Do wheel pants (they fit a U-Can-Do 60).
