Even though the belt doesn't line up, it is flyable. However, don't do crazy stuff with it yet. When you install the 43 tooth drive pulley, it comes with an additional guide. You use the existing quide AND the one provided with the 43 tooth pulley.That will fix that problem. Comes with installation instructions, follow it to the T. See NOTE on bottom right hand corner of the instruction sheet.. (Don't use original washer)

Hey Guys, Nice Scalers by all.
Just got the HBKII today and checked it over. So far only problem was the battery cover on the transmitter. I can see where the belt doesn't quite line up on the pulley guides. Looks like the gear is too high or the guides are to low. No time to work on it today but hopefully I'll have more time tomorrow to work on it. Gotta go!
