You mentioned following the instructions to a T when upgrading the drive belt new guides. I bought them upon your recommendation and the kit came with no instructions or diagrams whatever.
Are they available as pdf's do you know....?
Pray tell me what the 43 tooth gear will do for me as I'm still an ignoramous where the HBK2 is concerned. My kit arrived from Jags with not even a decent exploded diagram. For such a nice machine, the verbage is a mite inadequate.

I'm sorry (more indignant really) but I find it disgusting that in this day and age in the USA such a thing is possible when "officials", both imposed and elected, have known of the deterioration for bloody years.
Both birds are flying beautifully now I've rid myself of the training gear....I'm doing two packs with each bird every evening so my confidence level is getting better....working on altitude control at the moment and, slowly, it's coming together.
New speed control for the 400 arrives tomorrow but she is operating perfectly at the moment.....go figure.
Must away...another long day tomorrow....it's tedious measuring a lotta pipe in a boiler house to within a 32nd of an inch in all three axes.
