The DX-7 is the first Tx that I have ever owned that blows fuses. Why is this 3 amp fuse so delicate ? It seems to blow when inserting the charger plug, and not during normal operation. [
] What's the solution ?

Hey Jim, I had a DX-7 that did the same thing. It probably arc's when plugging in the hot charger although I don't know why.
My solution was to plug the jack into the Tx first, then plug in the charger. If using my Accu-Cycle, plugged the Tx jack in then turned on the charger.
How are those Gee Bee's?
