One of the guys in our club has tried them. They were sooooo out of balance that he took them back to the hobby shop.
Have not found that to be the case with the wood props. Every Evolution, Xoar, Wild Hare or Bolly prop I have ever bought has been very close to balance. Very uniform wood grain, well oriented on each blade and nicely finished. Quite a bit better than equiv. Menz or 3W products.
