HaveBlue I just received a pm from Chris as well, as you described they are having internal staff issues that hopefully are being dealt with. He gave me a sincere apology for the lack of communication. I too agree that it's not like they owe me anything at all, I was told I would get one so I assumed I would. In other words I told my son he could have the Thunderbolt after the review was finished so I have to keep my word with him..and I will, my mistake!. Integrity! Sounds like Smartech might have some after all, we'll see...
