You can try to contact Thunder Tiger at http://www.thundertiger4u.com and see if they have the instructions laying around that they may be willing to sell. Since you have the plans you have the most important part. You could easily get a Sig LT-25 or preferably the LT-40 kit and build it. The knowledge you gain from doing so would more than likely allow you to successfully build the Eagle 15T with what you have. Also you could try posting your question in the kit builders forum and maybey someone will have the instructions. I have loaded a picture of the Eagle 15T for others so they can see what your talking about...
