I think that was mentioned early in the thread. You'll note I use the term
difficult instead.
The reason there is a market for paid instructors is quite simple. Being a good RC pilot simply doesn't make you (automatically) a decent instructor.
Agreed. That's why it's
difficult to earn you instructor wings at our club.
