Joey, with the new tail boom you could be tail heavy (center of gravity is off). Suspend the heli between two fingers by the fly bar so it hangs below your hand, if the boom doesn't hang level you need to move the battery forward to make it hang level. I'm not sure how to do this on the Lama. I haven't really dug into the mechanics of the Lama, my wife has a stock one that she flies and other than charging batteries for her I haven't really messed with it. It does sound like your CG is off with the new boom though. The swash plate could also need adjusting if it isn't level with the TX turned on, trims centered and battery plugged into the heli.
