Default JR 3301 vs. ??

sportflyer,
The BobCat is designed for the JR3301 digital servos. They have plenty of power to do the job....
If you don't choose to use them, use an equivalent servo from your manufacturer. I use JR 3421's....
The surface is fairly thin, and a standard size servo will protrude beyond the horizontal lower skin. You may need to add noseweight to compensate for the additional weight of larger servos at that moment arm.
I don't know what the torque of the S9250 is, as I use JR.
Make sure that whatever you use has equivalent preformance.
Digital servos are not mandatory, but desirable, as they have full torque available at startup, and more holding torque than a standard servo.
Have fun!
