Since u are convinced it doesn't work one last thing u can do is to hook up your battery directly to the motor leads. Be careful when u do this though cuz if u leave it plugged in too long (like over 5sec) and the motor actually spins, you will burn it out for sure. I wouldn't do it more than once. If u get no response then it's your motor for sure. If ur Axe is new, and buying a new motor doesn't help, u can actually call support and they'll have u send it back. When I did this, they sent me a brand new one.
