On the other hand Scott Ellingson once said that he had an Echo that was balanced to about 9000.
Any more RPM and he would have to add weight to the counter weights so he put a bigger prop on it to lower the RPM.
If you have the time try the heavier setup. It's not necessarily a bad thing.
