Very cool Rick, sounds like a steal. I hope all goes well and your doing well!
Dave thanks again for the tips. If someone who wasn't comfortable soldering it would have been a loss, my wife couldn't believe I didn't send it back but that's too much hassle when I knew I could just fix it.
I just got back in from 3 flights at 4 minutes a piece on the HBKII. All is stock except for the following: Extreme Productions 4000kv, 10t align pinion, 400 size super skids, Extreme turnbuckles, ( which you need to use the stock ends, theirs are way too loose!), T-Rex tail rotors, and a carbon rod with a plastic bead on the end to save the tail rotors! I got that one right here on this thread, I love you guys

I beat the living snot out of it[X(]

Zero wind tonight so I went to the park. I was doing full collective high speed FF and full stick movement turns just to see how it would do. I bought this heli to do this, fly it like I stole it.
I'm convinced that this is a mini, cheap T-Rex. I'm not even fully dialed in yet and I did 3 loops and a couple of stall turns. I need to work on the transmitter to get the power and trim setting better. It's quite a kick from normal to idle up.
This chopper rocks

I haven't even put the 43t tail sprocket on or the Telebee gyro and this thing is a blast
God Bless!
