Three things to check. In order of simplicity
1. glow plug
2. air leaks/ tank pressure/ tubing
3. tuning

If 1 and 2 dont fix your problem you might try and lean the low speed a tad. If its idling then bogging when you give it gas its probably loading up a lil.
