Good idea on the electrical tape, don't want anything to short out on you. When programming for the idle up mode, just use a crowbar for weight, see picture.

You need to anchor the motor and ESC wires, see picture for suggestions. You are a half a step ahead of me on the MicroHeli gear. LOL. See picture of mine, had it for 4 or 5 months now and the teeth are like new. Need to get the oil off them from over oiling the bearings. Yuk-yuk. I too, am running a Telebee gyro and it is wonderful, you'll like it, for sure.
And in closing, the stock woodies are okay/alright for puttering around. But when you want to get somewhat serious and go for the Budlight, you need the Carbon Fibers. [sm=punching.gif]
