ORIGINAL: jdkxtreme

I was at home on my rented 25 acres...I do not have homeowners i have renters ins which covers contents only
If you are an AMA member, you are covered with secondary liability insurance. Doesn't renter's insurance have a primary liability factor same as homeowner's insurance?

If you are an AMA member, your card came on a sheet of paper with the Safety Code and the available Insurances all spelled out. There are Comercial General Liability, Accident/Medical Coverage, and a Fire, Vandelism, and Theft policies. These policies are different. AMA tries to inform you. If you don't wish to be informed, then such is your choice.

In a liability situation, you will probably have to be sued. OTOH, AMA may settle out-of-court. Happens in the real world many times a day between insurance companies.

I suggest you inform AMA ASAP. www.modelcraft.org/acrobat.asp Documents #500-L, 500-LA, 500-M and 500-N
