Can Anyone Help Me With This?

I recently purchased and installed the AFPD 3 and 4 Add-Ons. When I go to run the SIM, I get an error message saying " No Hardware accelerated OpenGL 2.0 Driver for your 3D graphics card found. Please install an OpenGL driver version 2.0 or later first. AFPD requires OpenGL 2.0 for proper operation. Consult the AFPD manual for further information." My graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce 8500GT, and I went to Nvidia.com and downloaded ForceWare Version 175.16. I thought this would do the trick, but I'm still getting the error message.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong! Is OpenGL Driver 2.0 a file that is downloaded seperately? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
