Rick,

Mi apuesta es que es una mala motores. The motors have very small carbon brushes and wear out quickly, of course depending on the number of flights on them. 60 hours on those motors and you'd be lucky. Batteries, chances of all four batteries going bad at the same time are slim and none. Typically, if lipo batteries aren't abused, by draining them to much, they normally will recharge between 200 and 300 times, with the proper charger and balancer. I think your motors are going to the south side, change out both of them at the same time, not just one you suspect is bad. Que son baratos.

Feliz motoring.

A QUICK QUESTION : ( a quickie ? ) .... eeewwww

do electric motors, as they age , get progressively (and slowly) , less and less powerful ? or do they NECESSARILY just go out all at once, like in a burn out

I notice that my CX-2 that has been flown constantly for a year and a half, is beginning to slow down, kinda. I also WONDER if the 2Cell LiPos ( all four of them)
can do the same. Which is losing power ? the motor, the LiPo ? and how does one check that ?
all these ITEMS mentioned are all ORIGINAL OUT OF THE BOX since back to 27 FEB 2007 ........have they arrived at their appointed SENILITY ?

Y'all KNOW more about this than this old fool.

about the new TREX : I find that just unraveling the bundle of cables from the servos, and threading EACH INDIVIDUAL ONE for identification seems to be the only
way to go
