Pe, I had a lot of extra servo extension wire laying around from when I used to make my own. I extended it about 12 inches, snipped both wires about 2 inches out of box.

BobMy temps would vary by 10% (usually) sometimes more, but every engine is different. Those temps you are stating are not really excessive for some engines, (if you are on the hottest part of the cylinder) What engine was that again??
