It's actually pretty small, so the alligator clips might be a bit cumbersome, not sure, but I'm sure you could make it work. And your Multiplex would charge it just fine.
What do you think of the setup rclement sent - see his photo. It looks more compact and I like it. Where do you get batteries like that? And what does he mean about wiring for amps and not volts, do you know?
