The Losi mini crawler does not have four wheel steer only four wheel drive.
Also, Duratrax has a 1:14 scale crawler [link=http://www.duratrax.com/cars/dtxd18-cliff_climber/index.html]here[/link]. It has both four wheel drive, and four wheel steer.
