That looks like it's filled with foam. If so, make up a pot of boiling water and dunk that tip into it for a minute, to swell the foam back out. After the water dries out, repair the fiberglass like you would any full-scale boat, just don't make it heavy as a brick. You can use metal window screen material to create any missing shape and fiberglass over that, if you need to. It's not a Swiss watch, just do what you gotta do.
