I had the biplane with an evolution 58 on the nose and I hated it because it made the aircraft way to nose heavy. A DA or DL is the ticket for sure. Also go for the best servos you can afford and stay away from the hitec 56 series. They are terrible for precision flying because the center really poorly so your trims are always changing. Keep the biplane light and you will really enjoy it.
