Default Traxxas TRX 2.5 Repair or Replace?
Has anyone found it worth while to rebuild a Traxxas TRX 2.5 instead of having it replaced by Traxxas for $100 under their engine replacement program? The suggested retail of the rod, sleeve, and piston is $99. Is there a cheaper place to buy the parts? Is their some benefit to rebuilding the engine your self?
