Default RE: New CMP Cessna 182 .52 size

Your right,
after thiking about it a little, I'd have to break the combo hinges to remove the surfaces anyway.
May as well go sullivan golden rod while I'm at it also & lose that wierd/cheap & unsupported rod system too.
Add a brace or two, and maybe go wire pull/pull on the rud, but it really doesnt need that, but easy to set up, as the
fuse has exits on both sides already in place and looks like a nice run directly to the servo, but have to double check that.

Too bad, my whole idea on this one was a reasonably priced, quick assembly and be off flying in a few days, not another project.
Although, it won't cost much, thats not the issue.....

Lesson learned! from now on, only H9 for the quick build and fly em a/c.

They really should concentrate on the actual a/c, improve the fit a lttle here and there and market it with out the hrdwr.
Perhaps change their "target" customers, and aim a little further up the ladder & add quality hrdwr.
Would still be a good deal even if the cost rose greatly.
I could imagine the savings in customer support, would negate the rise in cost

The basic attention to detail, paint & finish are truely well done!
