A pkgs is never damaged on purpose nor is a crush rating tested with a customers pkg, if that is your state of mind than i am sorry . sometimes a load may shift, it shouldnt, but sometimes it happens. a lot of people use pkgs over and over and over again and the box loses its integrity and is easer to damage.
