I am starting a new build the "Snapdragon" trimaran using the Traplet plans. I also got the Freight Train plans from Traplet and may try building that one in the future. Has anyone built and sailed the "Snapdragon" and if so are there any pitfalls to avoid. I am a very experienced builder and just completed a USOM. Being an accomplished multihull sailor of catamarans (Hobies, Tornados, Nacras) the thought of building a model multihull was intriguing. The Snapdragon plans do have good template details, but they lack overall details on radio placement shroud attachment and crossbar details. I can certainly overcome this, but if anyone has some thoughts to share I would appreciate it.
