Have you tried to move things around (servos, engine, fuel tank, battery, receiver) instead of adding nose weight? Sometimes using a flat battery pack gives you the room you need. Can the engine move forward just a little, even if it takes a new engine mount? It is not the end of the world to rip out the servo tray and relocate it. I add weight only as a last resort.
