ORIGINAL: nitrostaff1

Your requested parts has been sent.

John
Nitro Planes
John,

I do appreciate that you arranged something, however the fuselage sent is certainly not new and not in "new" condition, though I paid full advertised price for a new fuselage. The decals were coming off and your people had to put scotch tape in several places to keep the decals on (which looks like hell and peels off the paint when removed). The fuselage has lots of dings and dents and scuffed paint. Anyone would look at it and say this is clearly NOT new and probably off a returned or demo plane.

While the wings, fin and stabilizer I also ordered are new in sealed bags, the fuselage wasn't. My satisfaction level? 50%

Also one of your sister companies HobbyPartz.com has intentionally canceled two of my orders over the last week and a half, with no notice until I asked where my orders were and with no honest reason; apparently because I've complained too much about NitroPlanes. Retaliation?? Is this how your parent company censors consumers with legitimate complaints?? I hope more people see this too.

Good retailers are vital to this hobby, and good retailers must treat customers like gold with honest service, quality products, replacement parts and fair prices. Bad experiences get passed around the hobby community fast and those complaints STAY in our minds when we buy things. There are lots of complaints about RaidenTech / NitroPlanes and all the other AKA's on this and other forums. Must be for good reason.

I have bought a NitroPlanes A-10 (which can't even take off in it's stock form), a FW190, a J3 Piper, an Ultimate Pipe (your RaidenTech site), an E-Sky Honey Bee King II and a lot of parts from your companies. That's a lot of money. But I doubt that you'll ever see me buying from any of your various company sites again.
