Looking at the pics you should eb able to shorten the length by just cutting some off the header and shortening the flexjoiner?,it might not remove 10 cm but should get you close .You say you can alter prop depth, how because looking at your tube its a tight fit in the hole you drilled you need to open it up so its a slot for up and down adjustment
