The issue is that the nose leg is free to move even if there is no input from the tx when retracted. The wheel retracts up against whatever air lines etc that might be on the equipment plate and they could give a slight pressure to one side of the nose wheel making it twist. Also the wind may make the nose leg twist as it comes down. The nose leg is after all ball raced so is very free. As mine has rotated like this twice in a dozen flights I cannot believe others will not have the same problem.
